  1. Step 1

    Choose the best driveway

    From Olio Road, I-69, or the east, use East 131st Street. From the west, north, or south, use Saxony Boulevard.

  2. Step 2

    Park in the rear main lot

    The rear lot is closest to our only patient entrance. Limited street parking is available, but requires a longer walk.

  3. Step 3

    Accessible arrival

    Four accessible spaces and curb ramps are located near the office walkway and entrance.

  4. Step 4

    Find Suite 101A

    At the Bonn Building, go to the branded Back to Balance door to the right of the black fence—not the central building entrance.
